As most if not all of our products are special order, imported and or made to order we have a strict policy of not accepting returns. We also have a "no cancelation non refundable policy" once your order had been processed for the same reason. Many of our products are of European origin or a made to order on the bases of a customer's purchase. Our tools are for professionals and for professional use only.
