PRS-05-176 - This is a vacuum ground devise for dent repair key and stud welders. For use in spot welding wavy (wiggle) wires, nails, washers (steel keys), and pull stars on panels with dents. It is not suitable for mono point (i.e. side hammer) operations. Due to the vacuum application, the ground device will not slide off panels when applied to a clean smooth painted surface. The vacuum ground can be easily applied on painted panels, as it will not damage (paint must be clean), and does not attract metal shavings, which could cause scratching on paint. Please note that the ground contact must be on a bare metal surface area where as the suction cup must be on a clean painted surface for proper attachment.
